Solely investors-financed analysis and valuation of companies (buy-side research) is the core service of ARIS GmbH.

For our clients we systematically assess selected segments or complete investment universes. We do this by analyzing the balance sheets and by evaluating the market chances of the companies in question according to individual criteria, previously defined together with our clients – normally not only once, but in regular intervals. From the results we produce exclusive company, sector and investment strategy studies, and give concrete recommendations for action.

Our fundamental valuation approach, which is supported by a proprietary integrated software solution, enables us to systematically identify undervalued companies with upward potential. Buy-side research clients come from asset management companies, investment companies, family offices and – when looking for acquisition opportunities – from M&A departments of large corporations.
